Saprina Allen

Saprina was a Loss Mitigation Officer for 10 years with a national bank and a specialized credit lender, and she served as a Quality Control Auditor for a national mortgage company, focused on fraud prevention. She has led many investor workshops and seminars throughout her native Ohio and has worked for investors and negotiated hundreds of short sale deals and note sale purchases. She currently is a manager in loss mitigation at a special servicer located in Canton, Ohio.

Kevin Kanouff

Kevin is the founder and President of Statebridge Company. Statebridge is a provider of custom, high touch special servicing to the mortgage industry. Prior to forming Statebridge, Kevin was President and General Counsel of Clayton Fixed Income Services, a provider of surveillance on over $3.0 trillion in original balance of mortgage backed securities. Previously, he was a securities attorney with the law firm of Dorsey & Whitney.

Kevin holds bachelor’s degrees in philosophy and political science from Syracuse University and a J.D. from the University of Denver College of Law.

John Liebgott

John has more than 15 years experience in the securitization and secondary marketing of loan originations. He was a principal and co-founder of Fasthold Capital, responsible for managing the analytics and trading disciplines, and prior to that was the Senior Vice President, Program Manager of The Winter Group, where he oversaw originations of over 10,000 mortgage loans totaling approximately $2.25 billion in balance. John also has deep experience with institutional lenders, having negotiated a $500 million financing facility for The Winter Group.

Sherry Nickels

Sherry has served as Managing Partner at Pinnacle Acquisitions since the company’s inception in March of 2008. She has over a decade of experience in banking management and background in real estate transaction and law where she managed a small sized boutique law firm. Sherry is responsible for creating new business relationships with Lending Institutions, Banking Institutions and Private Equity Funds and oversees the marketing and development of investor and lender relationships to expand the company’s operations in new markets. She acts as the company’s liaison between Buyers and Sellers and making sure the right relationships have been created.
