I think that you should place on your website in bold letters, “We do not recommend or provide leads on lenders who buy and sell non-performing notes. Doing so would deprive you of the joy and satisfaction of locating them yourselves!!!”

I located a list of banks that do short sales and sell notes on my own. Hold firm on your belief.
